I would not have you ignorant of this mystery!

In the Worldwide Church of today there is an identifiable group of people missing from fellowships across the nations. This missing generation is destined to become multiple generations if we don't act under the guidance of the Holy Spirit now! The absence of this generation is even more pronounced within pro-Israel Christian groups.

This generation doesn't have an understanding of the mystery of God's purpose for Israel. The question one must ask is "Why?"

The answer is perhaps as simple as the fact they have never been taught. I grew up in a charismatic, evangelical church with Baptist roots and only once heard any teaching on Israel. It was an indecisive message that the minister entitled 'Five viewpoints on Israel.' I came out more confused than when I went in. Biblically it is the responsibility for the older generation to teach the younger generation the Scriptures. (Deut. 4:9, Job 32:6-8, Titus 2)

Many of the older generation, those who have experienced life, war and have many lessons to teach are going home to be with the Lord. Who will teach once they are gone?

We all recognize God's timeline is quickly progressing and as a result time is running out for the nation's future destinies to be secure. Genesis 12 is as relevant today as the day it was written, so which nations will be sheep or goat nations in the Day of His judgment? The challenge of the hour, you decide!

Engage -- Could it be God's answer?

Engage:Israel purposes to give young people an opportunity to learn the full counsel of God (Genesis - Revelation) including the 'Mystery of Israel.' The ministry under Ebenezer - Operation Exodus is seven-fold:

  • Engage with God's Word - Deut 4:9-14, Psalm 119:9, 2 Tim 3:16, Col 3:16
  • Engage with His Chosen People - Ezra 7:10, Rom 11
  • Engage with His Land - Isa 2:3, Isa 57:14, Isa 60:10-12, Acts 1:8
  • Engage with Aliyah (including the beauty of God fulfilling Biblical prophecies today) - Isa 49:22, 56:8, Jer 16:14-16, Psalm 126:1-4
  • Engage practically (show your love of God and the Jewish people) - Psa 32:8, Mt 25:40, Rom 15:27
  • Engage in Prayer - Psalm 122:6, Eze 22:30, 1 Pet 4:7, Mt 6:9, Isa 62:6
  • Engage others - Job 6:24, Prov 9:9, 1 Tim 4:11-12, Gal 6:10

Engage:Israel desires to equip a generation with the understanding, love, passion and vision to not only stand with Israel themselves, but to encourage others to do so too. Both the wisdom of the elders (Job 12:12) and the zeal of the youth must work together to fulfill the commission. We need to invest now. Time is of the essence! (Psalm 90:12) We are the generation that will see many prophecies unfold before our eyes. Engage:Israel in YOUR generation!
